Kitchen Conversion & Redecoration

This lovely semi-detached property had plans for a complete kitchen refurbishment as well as redecorating the dining area to complement the new wider spaces created by removing walls and installing steel beams to give it a more open plan design which is completed with an absolutely breathtaking view thanks to new bi-fold doors.

Re-rendering & Garden Renovation

This semi-detached house was in need of a slight uplift, the dated pebble-dashed render was completely stripped back to brickwork and a new modern render was applied as well as repainting, the garden was totally re-done with new indian sandstone paving as well as new turf but not before levelling the ground first allowing for a nice flat surface to walk on as well as making it much more visually appealing.

Rear Extension and Complete Interior Refurbishment

This detached house in Rochester has been fully refreshed inside and out with a wonderful rear extension as well as being completely re-rendered from head to toe, internally it has been revitalised with all new re-wiring, plumbing and finished with intricate detailing and exceptional finishing touches to make it something truly unique.

Garage Rebuild & Garden Renovation

This garden in Lordswood was in desperate need of a refresh, the existing garage had long served its purpose and the customer requested it to be rebuilt from the ground up including a new GRP (glass reinforced plastic) roof to make it weatherproof, the garden itself was very fragmented and needed clearing completely and starting again from scratch with contemporary porcelain slabs and new brick walls and edging.

Patio Revitalisation

We were asked to give this tired looking patio, steps and wall a bit of a makeover, keeping the same shape but wanting to give it a more vibrant and modern appearance by rendering the existing wall for it to be painted and sandstone copings to emphasize the planter incorporated into the top patio area.

Rear Extension with Bifold Doors and Knock-through

This semi-detached house in a nice quiet village was planned for a rear extension with contemporary wrap-around bifold doors which gives a lovely view of the garden and allows for an abundance of light also thanks to the new Velux windows, the existing kitchen wall was also removed which opened up more space after what was a fairly cramped interior is now a much bigger area.

The new layout includes a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces connected to a newly landscaped rear garden. This property is everything that the clients had wanted and it can be truly their forever home.

Modern New Build House in Meopham

This ultra-modern new build property is a stunning home located in Meopham, Kent. This project had a fair few surprises along the way and we were able to assist the client with additional planning permission requirements and various environmental tasks that had to be undertaken.
The sleek design on the outside is followed through to the inside including large open spaces, a plush, bright staircase atrium and huge bi-folding doors on the rear.

Converted barn extension In West Malling, Kent

The client wanted to add an additional kitchen/living space whilst simultaneously providing new reconfigured and renovated accommodation throughout the existing barn conversion along with external landscaping. Through thoughtful design, consideration was given to the existing barn conversion and a new single storey extension was provided using complimentary materials to help the new areas blend into the old. Greater accessibility was provided to the previously awkward garden layout allowing a more usable area to connect the outside with the inside.

Bungalow to house conversion In Meopham

Believe it or not, this project wasn't actually a new build, at least not in the traditional sense. Our customer had purchased a bungalow in Meopham, Kent, and wanted to convert it into a two-story home, with a large rear extension. Not only did we remove the existing roof and provide a full second floor, but the property also had a full single storey extension across the rear.

Bright rear extension with bifold doors in New Barn near Meopham, Kent

The clients brief was to create a new extension in place of an old conservatory that was either too hot or too cold. The space could then be opened fully into the existing dining room and kitchen areas. This would then allow an all year round open planned room that connected the inside to their well manicured and beloved garden.
