We were asked to give this tired looking patio, steps and wall a bit of a makeover, keeping the same shape but wanting to give it a more vibrant and modern appearance by rendering the existing wall for it to be painted and sandstone copings to emphasize the planter incorporated into the top patio area.
Out With The Old
All of the old slabs were lifted and removed to make way for the new indian sandstone paving and the existing brickwork is prepared for rendering.
Cables are also carefully routed through the brickwork ready for new lighting fixtures.
In With The New
The existing steps are repurposed with indian sandstone cladding to match the rest of the new paving, the rendering is finished and ready for painting.
